I appreciate their teaching from personal experience

I love the way this book is laid out: I can find a chapter that interests me when I only have a few minutes to read. Or I can read several chapters. The McNab's personal experience coming through their easy-to-understand words really spoke to me. They took the time to remember details of their experiences to make them more real and relevant. I've been Rebirthing for years and understand the potential of this powerful work, but the McNabs filled in some cracks of my knowing which I appreciate. They are very wise and share that profound knowledge beautifully, and at the same time remind readers of their humanness. I really enjoyed reading this book! It's easy to read; easy connect to my own experiences and a role model of a great relationship.

If you want to learn about clearing the blockages that inhibit your life and your joy, READ THIS BOOK! If you want to learn about living in radiant health, freed from your subconscious negative emotions and beliefs, READ THIS BOOK! This book is both challenging and inspiring. If it doesn’t excite you, then you have already decided to die, but if it does, you have the chance of discovering your authentic self and the true power within you and you will want to LIVE. You will see that you are an exceptional being with unlimited powers and will be inspired to embrace this through removing all the obstacles to it. This is done through the technique of Rebirthing, something that you must first do with a practitioner and then go on to continually Rebirth yourself, preventing new negativity from lodging within you. Whilst encouraging you, the authors do not attempt to persuade you in any way. It is my personal view that if you don’t see something for yourself, then it is worthless to you anyway, although I can’t understand why people would want to get ill and die if they don’t have to! Pauline and David wisely realise that the choice of life or death is completely yours, and they care about you unconditionally, allowing you make the right choice for yourself, whatever it is. So would you like to expose and break the negative, unconscious patterns in you life that are killing you and live from conscious choice instead? Then READ THIS BOOK! If you are not inclined to face yourself and enjoy all of your life urges, then you won’t bother to finish this book, you will not be evolved to the level of realisation that your purpose is to bring your spirit and body into perfect, singing harmony If you want to die, it is in order to escape your fear of your true self……but if you want to begin living from that self, regenerate your body and enjoy endless bliss my friends, then READ THIS BOOK!
